The plates with their various depths, radii and rim sizes and the innovative cloche allow for an impressive staging of foods. More than that, the practical details such as the surface feel of the matt-polished glaze-free reverse sides of the objects also convince the demanding amateur chef.
He has been awarded two Michelin stars, crowned Chef of the Year in 2007 by Gault Millau and composed and cooked the menu for the state banquet held in honour of Barack Obama’s recent state visit.
