Stars of the Culinary Sky – Masterpieces Served on FÜRSTENBERG Porcelain
The Michelin stars for 2025 have been awarded – and we congratulate all the restaurants recognized in the Guide MICHELIN! We are especially delighted that many of them serve their culinary creations on FÜRSTENBERG porcelain. Whether in Michelin-starred restaurants, upscale dining, or creative home kitchens: wherever cooking is driven by passion, our porcelain finds its place – as a stage for extraordinary moments of indulgence.

AQUA Wolfsburg – A Harmony of Simplicity and Sophistication
Three Michelin stars – for 17 consecutive years: At Restaurant Aqua in The Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg, Sven Elverfeld masterfully combines culinary sophistication with a clear signature style. His modern European cuisine is strikingly simple yet thoughtfully refined – it thrives on the harmony of textures and the pure taste of exceptional ingredients. Served, among others, on the FÜRSTENBERG BLANC series, which Sven Elverfeld himself helped develop.

The Gourmet Line BLANC – Celebrating Culinary Delight
Those who cook exceptionally need more than just a plate – they need a stage. The BLANC gourmet line offers exactly that: minimalist in design, technically sophisticated, and handcrafted with great care to meet the high standards of fine dining. Created in collaboration with culinary icons such as Sven Elverfeld, Tim Raue, and Nils Henkel, as well as designer Mikaela Dörfel, BLANC is more than just tableware – it's a statement.
Whether in a three-star restaurant or at an elegant dinner at home. Refined details such as the hand-polished, unglazed underside, the double-walled sauce boat, or the elegant cloche turn every table into an experience.

VOTUM – A Commitment to Region, Cuisine, and Hospitality
In the historic Leineschloss, home to the Lower Saxony State Parliament, the restaurant VOTUM blends modern cuisine with a setting steeped in history. Head chef Benjamin Gallein represents a clear, purist approach that highlights top-quality regional products – interpreted with sophistication, flavorfully precise, and with a deep appreciation for the essentials.
What is served here on FÜRSTENBERG porcelain – such as CARLO ZIGRINO – is no coincidence: excellent ingredients, modern techniques, and classical craftsmanship come together to form well-thought-out compositions that are both precise and approachable. At VOTUM, there is no spectacle – the flavor speaks for itself.
“We are very proud to have been awarded two Michelin stars for the third time in a row. This recognition is a testament to our daily commitment – and above all, to the passion and precision of our amazing team. Such success is never achieved alone. It is only possible with strong partners by our side – like the porcelain manufacturer FÜRSTENBERG. Our thanks go out to everyone who accompanies and supports us on this journey. We look forward to the future – because for us, this award is above all one thing: an incentive to continue cooking with courage, curiosity, and dedication.”

LALIQUE Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey: Porcelain Meets Crystal
At the two-star restaurant LALIQUE Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey, cuisine, crystal, and porcelain merge into a sensual overall experience. Head chef Jérôme Schilling not only creates extraordinary menus, but also collaborates with FÜRSTENBERG to develop exclusive porcelain pieces. “We have a very close relationship with FÜRSTENBERG, where incredibly talented people work in production. Together, we succeeded in creating custom pieces featuring drawings by René Lalique and Marc Larminaux on the porcelain. That is truly impressive!”
Surrounded by luxurious fabrics, floral accents, and sparkling Lalique crystal, each course becomes a feast for the senses – elegantly presented on the finest FÜRSTENBERG porcelain.
