Fürstenberg, November 2021 André Neiß will remain as Managing Director of porcelain manufacturer FÜRSTENBERG. At the end of February this year, André Neiß took charge of the Lower Saxon porcelain manufacturer as Interim Manager. André Neiß and the Supervisory Board have now announced that the Hamburg native will remain in Fürstenberg as Managing Director on a permanent basis.
As of 1 October, André Neiß is the permanent Managing Director of porcelain manufacturer FÜRSTENBERG. ‘We are thrilled that André Neiß has agreed to spearhead the long-term development of the porcelain company as its Managing Director,’ explains Dr Anne Deter, Chair of the Supervisory Board, adding: ‘Ever since the start of his interim management tenure, Mr Neiß has been one of our top candidates for the permanent Managing Director position. We are all the more delighted that he has personally decided to accept the role after getting to know the traditional manufacturing company and the team on-site.’ What started out as a job for André Neiß in February – a job that called for his experience in management consultancy, controlling and leadership – has become a labour of love. ‘I have got to know very many dedicated employees who identify heart and soul with FÜRSTENBERG. This passion thrills me, because challenges are overcome particularly effectively when a team successfully works together to search for, find and pursue solutions. Taking great pleasure in my role here, I intend – with the support of everyone – to tackle the exciting challenges facing the traditional company in the future,’ remarks André Neiß, explaining his decision to remain in Fürstenberg.
