Perfection and passion Almost everything important for the development of our products is based on the experience and engagement of our employees: A love of detail, and use of the hands and the heart. This means that each piece of porcelain contains a little bit of personality; reflected in the carefully modeled relief, complex open work, and extreme sensitivity used in applying the pattern. This also applies to a craft we have always upheld and in which we train our apprentices: Hand painting, the classic art of porcelain finishing. Every handle on a cup or coffee pot is decorated by hand at the manufactory, every plate is formed and boned in a traditional manner with a meticulous approach to work. Manufacturing methods handed down over generations combine with the most modern processing technologies to form the basis of our present-day production process.
